Hi,

What does the Office 365 group integration to Zendesk do? Will agents be able to manage Zendesk tickets inside of Office 365 groups?

Hey Magnus!

According to our documentation: "The Outlook integration allows Outlook users with or without a Zendesk account to copy email contents to a new ticket in Zendesk without leaving the Outlook application."
