Integration to calendar when clients send you a meeting link

Hi community, 

I am looking for a workaround for a seemingly common problem in our organization.  When a client sends you a ticket with a meeting link, how are you adding this to your company calendar? Or how are you flagging this to use when the meeting arrives? 

 

Seems like a lot of our clients will send meetings this way rather than us sending a meeting link out to them... 

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated!

    Hi Jessica, for better visibility I've moved this to our Suite Q&A topic. In any case, if a customer includes a meeting link in a ticket response, it should show up as a clickable link in the agent interface, so clicking it should open the meeting link into a new tab and usually there'd be a link to add to your calendar there (depending on the meeting platform they're using). Does that answer your question?
