Integration Options that Trigger on Updated User and Organization

Sorry if this has been posted before, I couldn't find anything in searches here or on Google...

We split from Salesforce to ZenDesk and another CRM.  I set up Zapier Zaps to update/create organizations and end-users in ZenDesk when updated/created in the CRM.  That works great.

When trying to set up Zaps for ZenDesk, I found there were no trigger events for when Users and Organizations are updated. It seems like there is closer integration with Salesforce data but limited only to that software.

My ask...  Can anyone recommend any solutions that will allow for real-time (or near-time) updates for end-user and organization records to another system?

    Hi Dan, great question!  Our Events Connector for Amazon EventBridge may be an option for you.  It will stream events relating to your Users and Organizations into AWS.  From there you could use a service like Lambda to trigger your Zaps or make API calls to your CRM.

    For anyone else who stumbles upon this question...

    The Events Connector option requires ZenDesk Enterprise along with the High-Volume API add-on.  We will be pursuing Zapier to see if the ZenDesk connector can be extended to support events that fire when end-users and organizations are updated.
