Integrating Avaya IP Telephony System with Zendesk

Good afternoon all

Has anyone had any experience in the above? Our company is looking to bring in a new telephone system, and we have Avaya IP on the table. It appears to integrate easily with Zendesk, but we thought it would be good to ask in here if anyone has any experience of it, and how easy it actually was.

We are on the Plus version of Zendesk, if this makes any difference.

We are currently looking planning this and considering using the Avaya -DTK from CDC.

Early days..

Hi

We actually moved away from it and are about to integrate with RingCentral, just due to it being ridiculously easy to integrate, and it is around half the price.

We developed and out of the box solution for ZenDesk at Callinize that allows you to connect IP Office or Communication Manager with ZenDesk in a matter of minutes. You can check out the integration here:

Hello. A software I can recommend to do this integration is Tenfold. It's a third-party solution that works with Zendesk and Avaya. https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/zendesk/avaya
