Good afternoon all
Has anyone had any experience in the above? Our company is looking to bring in a new telephone system, and we have Avaya IP on the table. It appears to integrate easily with Zendesk, but we thought it would be good to ask in here if anyone has any experience of it, and how easy it actually was.
We are on the Plus version of Zendesk, if this makes any difference.
