I need to install the Prestashop app, to integrate an e-commerce website with Zendesk.
I've installed the Prestashop app in Zendesk, and I've linked it with an administrative webservice token in Prestashop.
In Prestashop I've installed the official plugin, but when I select the configuration "I have an account", nothing happens, and I've no way to configure the integration with Zendesk.
