Insert Content Block seems to have gone AWOL

Originally there was a plus sign in the left margin. That was nice and clear.

Then by Feb 5, it had moved to the Guide Editor toolbar (but "Create Content Block" had gone AWOL).

Now there's a "Create Content Block" in the toolbar, but "Insert Content Block" seems to be AWOL.

Even if it's really there somewhere -- this should not be so hard to use!!

We have made creating and inserting content blocks as any other toolbar element:

if you have a new line - you can insert content blocks, if you have selected something - you can create a content block.

But we do appreciate your feedback, we will keep an eye on this if we need to improve this behavior.

But yes, that seems to me to be a bit too subtle.
