Our Community has grown and has a lot of topics, so we put together this index to help you know what we offer and what you can post where. 

Welcome topics

These topics are your "home base" where you can find out what's going on in the community, and where new members can get oriented. 

New Members: Start here
This is where the Community Code of Conduct and other posts with basic information about how to use our community live. 

Announcements & Info
This is where we post announcements about changes to the community or other things we think members would want to be aware of that aren't specific to any other topics.

How to comment on an article or post
This isn't actually a topic, but rather links to an article that explains how to post in the community or knowledge base. 

Product Support Topics: Questions and answers

This is the main spot where you can ask questions about Zendesk products and get help with troubleshooting. Questions may be answered by other users, Community Moderators, or Zendesk employees. 

There is a Q&A topic for each of our products, as well as one for all apps and integrations: 


Product Feedback Topics

If you have a feature request or a suggestion for our products, post it in the feedback topic for the product you're posting about. Our product managers are subscribed to these topics, and receive notifications of every post and comment that happens in them. 

Before posting, be sure to read the Product Feedback Guidelines and How to Write an Effective Feedback post. Note that we do read everything, but are unable to respond to every post or comment. We do not regularly provide ETAs on feature requests, and anything shared as far as products or ETAs are subject to change without notice. 

Tips & Best Practices

These topics are for questions that are about how to use Zendesk products but aren't specific to features or functions. The conversations here are designed to help you make the most of your Zendesk instance. 

User Tips & Tricks 
This is where users write up and share tutorials or instructions on workarounds, custom code, and suggested workflows or best practices. This is our most highly viewed topic in the community. If you have a tip you'd like to share, post it here! We'll send you a thank-you gift for a well-written tip. :) 

Zendesk on Zendesk
All posts in this topic are written and posted by Zendesk. We have several series including Full Circle, Fine Tuning, and Zendesk on Zendesk. 

Workflow Discussions
This is one of our newest topics. It's for broader discussions on how to set up a workflow, or recommended best practices. It covers similar material to User Tips, but is the place to ask the questions rather than the post being a tutorial.

Events & Education

The first topic listed in this block is always the next event that we're hosting in the community - usually the upcoming AMA. 

Trainings & Certifications
This is where we share  Zendesk Customer Education, Trainings, and Certification opportunities. Users can also ask questions about these things in this topic.

Want to find out about, join, or start a user group or meetup? Follow this topic to hear about them! Note: All events are virtual until further notice. 

Zendesk Events
This is where we share information about larger Zendesk events, such as Relate, Showcases, Roadshows, and webinars.

I am looking for customer service representatives with Zendesk experience for a position at my company. Is there an appropriate place here in the community to post such a request?

@Cthackston while we don't have an official place for job listings here in our community at the moment, here are a couple of other places you might consider listing your jobs at:

Support Driven is an online community of several thousand customer support professionals, many of whom use Zendesk. They have a job board channel in their online Slack community, and a (paid) job board page on their web site: Support Driven home page

We Support is an email newsletter that includes job listings in customer support and related fields, for both the NYC area where it's based out of, as well as job listing from other areas. Their contact information can be found in their newsletter: We Support
