Hi Zendesk Team,

It would be useful for us to have the  'last call outcome' as a field to our smartlists

It's a clever way to handle smarter our call outcomes (eg: collect all negative responses and run a second more aggressive offer - or give a second attempt for unable contact customers etc..etc...)

Is that possible?
