Incoming emails contain no content

We're receiving many inbound support tickets that have no content in the subject line or email body. The subject line states [No content] and the email body also states [No content]. Any idea what is causing this?

Hey Aran,

I hope you are doing well and taking care of yourself :) Sure, we can most definitely take a look into this together and see what could be going on. 

I would like to set expectations that when I troubleshooted with Lindsay around this particular issue, what we learnt together is that those particular emails display [No content] actually had no content within the email itself. We checked the original EML file and headers and we could not find any body of content present in the forwarded emails. May I ask, are you able to check on your side on your forwarding logs with your IT/Email Admins to ensure that these particular emails had content in the first place? Let us know how you go!
