Since enabling custom ticket statuses, our incident view has become very challenging to work with. We rely on seeing the status of the incident in the view of linked incidents. All of the columns are simply off now.
This happens when going to a Problem and viewing the linked incidents at this style of URL: https://subdomain.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/#####/incidents
Zendesk doesn't allow us to modify this view so we're stuck in this state. Have to enter the ticket or hover to see the status, which is not scalable at even 4 linked incidents.
