Hello! Sorry but I haven't found the answer here to my main question I wanted to. Would you be so kind to help me? Please answer, can I import to Explore my own external data to add it to the dashboard? And if yes, where can I find the option to do this?
Importing external data
Hi Khodziush Aliaksandra thanks for the question. You can't currently import external data into Explore (though you can import the content of Zendesk Support custom fields - see https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022182014).

Hi @Khodziush Aliaksandra , what kind of external data are you looking to import? For example, data from an SQL or Oracle database? Is this data about your products or services, or about the customers? Just trying to better understand your use case!
