I am creating a custom field in a drop-down format to be included in the form.

I would like to create a field for agents to ask which products are most frequently inquired about by customers, and for what symptoms? I would like to create a field that says "Which products" and "What symptoms" are most frequently asked about by customers?

There are about 20 products, and for each of those 20 products, there are about 60 drop-down fields for symptoms, and I want to create them by bulk importing them in CSV.

Is there a ZendeskAPP or something that can import drop-down lists in bulk?
