I set up a common asked question in email as a macro but whenever I tried to set the macro on, only the status is set to pending.

Hello. So I'm currently trying the Professional plan for Zendesk Suite (Trial version). So I'm trying to set a common email that we received as a macro and whenever a new email of this type is received, the macro send the email marked as macro to the new requester and changed the status to pending.

The status did change but the email is no where to be seen in the requester mail box. I attached a picture showing how the macro is configured.
