The only admin in Zendesk is off today and I lost access to perform the only task I have this week... is post and edit articles! This is obviously a bug on your side and there are no live contact to reach out.

That sounds stressful! The best thing to do is to contact your account Owner, who would also have admin privileges. They'd be able to upgrade your privileges, and if they're unsure how to do that, you can point them here: Setting agent editing and publishing permissions on knowledge base articles. Best of luck!
