I have 'Zendesk Suite Professional' Plan, but multiple ticket forms feature is not available

Even I have `Zendesk Suite Professional` Plan, but I cannot use `multiple ticket form` feature.

Will the trial plan be a problem? 

Please let me know how to fix it.

With Professional, you only get 1 form. To add more, you have to go into Manage and add the "Productivity Pack add-on," which is $25/seat/month. That, or upgrade to Enterprise.

The official document says `multiple ticket forms feature` is available from Zendesk suite growth plan.

Maybe I think you are using the zendesk legacy professional plan now.
