I am locked out of my Zendesk support account because I do not know the password. I have tried clicking the "forgot password" link and typing my email address, but I never receive the email to reset the password. I have looked in spam folders, etc., and it is just not there.
Is it possible that 2FA is enabled for some device that I no longer have access to? Would this stop the reset-password email from being sent?
I am the account owner, so it is not possible for someone else to forcibly reset my password. Can anyone suggest how to solve this?
