Currently we are able to see the attachments to a ticket in the body of the ticket, as they are added. However, we are looking for a view of all of the attachments in one place rather than having to scroll through the ticket to see what is attached. Is this possible?

There are few apps that show all attachments on the right side of the ticket (Ticket app), avoiding unnecessary scroll through the ticket. Take a look at this one: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/attachments-plus/?source=app_directory
