How would I go about setting up triggers to automatically send tickets created from discord to certain groups? We currently would like to set up multiple Zendesk bots in our different Discord servers, they all have different purposes, how would we go about sending the tickets to the correct groups?

Very interesting use case. We'd need to be able to identify which Discord server the ticket came from, and then we could use a trigger to route it to the Group.
Unfortunately we don't have a tag or differentiation between the different integrations at the moment, I've passed this onto our development team to see how we might cater for this use case.
