Currently, we don't require users to register or login to use our Help Centre to submit a ticket.
However it appears that attachments to tickets use an URL with an attachment token only and anyone with the URL and token can view the attachment.
We found that by enabling private attachments, this will secure our attachments but require agents and members to be logged into Zendesk to view the attachment.
From the agent side, this isn't an issue since they are normally logged in anyway when using Zendesk support. However it seems to be a painpoint from the customer experience to be forced to signup and login for a Zendesk account in order to view an attachment from our agents.
Is there a secure way for us to share attachments with members without forcing them to register or sign into a Zendesk account? I'm wondering what others are currently doing/using.
