How to report custom statuses in Explore report

Hi guys,

Please help to advise a way that we can extract the data of custom ticket statuses in Explore in similar ways that we can use for default ticket statuses. I'm not able to do it right now.

I am also wondering when this functionality will be available. Currently, we are able to filter on custom statuses within views, but Explore does not provide the option to filter on custom statuses. This is especially important for Backlog reporting. Thanks!

Explore and custom ticket statuses integration will be available at our GA release closer to November. Please see our Feature Limitations post for a list of the limitations that we plan to address before GA. I will be keeping that post updated throughout this EAP with any changes. Thank you!
