I'm trying to find information related to opening articles inside the web help widget.
So far, we had implemented the suggestions and they are working like a charm.
In our application, we have 2 different openings for the widget, by suggestions and articles.
So, how can I open an article directly inside the web widget? Or where can I find the information related to this?
