Is there a way to get only the users who do have their Primary Identity unverified?

    Hello @Jagadeesan Durairaj,

    Welcome to the Zendesk online Community!

    I understand that you want to pull and get the list of unverified users in your account. This is possible through data export. Data export must be enabled first by Zendesk and your account owner can email support@zendesk.com to request for it. 

    Once enabled, you can export an XML file which you can then convert to an Excel file and sort according to verified or unverified users.
