How to generate report for this CSAT EAP?

I've rolled this out earlier in March, however i'm not aware of how to generate the report for customers' responses. Can someone guide me on this. Appreciate it.

Hi @kay14 ,

The new CSAT doesn't appear on the standard Explore dashboard if the old CSAT is deactivated. However, you can create a custom Explore dashboard with a new CSAT. The easiest way would be to enable the old CSAT, copy the Support dashboard and then deactivate the old CSAT. The copied Explore dashboard will have the data from the new CSAT experience. 

 

We are currently working on making CSAT data available without this work around.

I am really sorry but I didn't get you @tetiana12 . You are saying we will get the report from the old CSAT? If not the case you share a proper flow diagram on how to create it. It is odd that we have a new system but the reporting doesn;t switch automatically or there is no option

Kushal, we report results from Legacy CSAT and the new CSAT to the same dashboard. You can read more Viewing your CSAT customer satisfaction score and ratings.
