How to deactivate sinchronization of public comments between Zendesk and YouTrack

I'd like to use Zendesk and YouTrack integration, but there is no option in integration settings that allows hiding public comments in tickets ( we don't need them to be displayed in the YouTrack task).

It doesn't look like we have a YouTrack supported integration, however, I was able to find some external resources that may help point you in the right direction: Zendesk Integration with YouTrack Standalone
