Is there a way to check the CSAT results obtained, e.g., in a report?
We would like to be able to see the information on the scaled opinions that we have obtained.

Hi @宇津野 ,

We have several recipe's in Explore that can help you with your CSAT reporting such as Explore recipe: Reporting on customer satisfaction by agent. You can also check out other recipes here

Thanks for the response, Dainne Lucena

The intent of my question was that I wanted to see a 5-point rating from customers obtained from CSAT's EAP.
Is there a way to view such a report?

For example, it would be best to see the number of "5. very satisfied", "4. somewhat satisfied", "3. neither good nor bad", "4. dissatisfied" and "5. very dissatisfied" surveys obtained from customers.

We are still working on the reporting capabilities. You can only view the mapped results to Good/Bad.

Thank you for the clarification @tetiana12

Is the value selected by the customer recorded on an API endpoint of any kind? I know it's not available in Explore but if it were recorded anywhere that'd be good too!

@dan31 customers responses will be available via public API.
