How to backup all my tickets with comments? No Professional or Enterprise

I'm having trouble with this thing.

I'm trying to backup our support channel of tickets, but I need those tickets included with comments.

And one thing also, I don't get earlier tickets than October 2017.

We have kept this support from August 2015.

Can any one help me?

Hi Teppo!

So if you are not on the Professional or Enterprise plan you can export your ticket data using our API. This document is a good start on this: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/231426867-Beginner's-Guide-to-the-Zendesk-API

If you have any developers on your side, or anyone who is familiar with API related workflows, that document should be helpful in getting them started here.

There is also a third party app that helps with exporting: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/ticket-exporter/

Just as a heads up on that last think: since this is a third party app it is not supported by our team here, but I know some of our customers do use this.
