How long does Zendesk retain ticket history?

for how long zendesk keep the hystory of the ticket ? and where I can found it the closed ticket ?

Hi Alessandro,

Amanda from Zendesk here - I'd be happy to answer your question! Your tickets will be archived 120 days after your tickets are marked to "Closed". Archiving tickets helps to speed up the loading times for your Views. You can find your archived tickets by doing a search for them using the Search bar in the agent interface.
