Hello! We recently submitted our application for Zendesk’s Early Access Program, and we’re eager to find out when we might hear back. We’re planning a major update to our Help Center, and these new features are key to making the customer experience much smoother. We've been hoping for this for years. We are indeed an Enterprise customer, we submitted our application about a week ago and would really appreciate any information on the expected timeline for enrollment. Thank you in advance!
