There are a few pre-requisites to be part of this Early Access Program:
- opted into messaging with no Live Chat traffic
- Omnichannel Contact Centre enabled
I will drop an email after you fill out the form , re-confirming the preferred date/time for onboarding.
Activating your account for the EAP will immediately affect your team's workflow. General recommendation before onboarding your account to the EAP -
- Trialing it out in your sandbox environment, if you have one. Please mention your sandbox domain as well in the form and we will activate EAP on your sandbox account.
- Out-of-business hours or low traffic hours might be a good time to activate it.
- Update your agents about the change in assignment and capacity. Their messaging conversations will be coming in via Accept. They will need to be diligent about changing the ticket status to Pending, On-hold or Solved to release their capacity.
