How do I sign up for this EAP?

We are thrilled that you are interested to sign up for the EAP. You can show your interest by filling out this EAP form. 

You need to be opted into messaging to be part of this Early Access Program.

I will drop an email after you fill out the form , re-confirming the preferred date/time for onboarding. 

Activating your account for the EAP will immediately affect your team's workflow. General recommendation before onboarding your account to the EAP -

  • Out-of-business hours or low traffic hours might be a good time to activate it.
  • Let your agents know about this change.

    Hello Prakruti. 

    It is great to hear about this EAP - we were planning to launch OCR for our account in 2023 but the fact that we were still receiving some volumes from Chat after migrating to Messaging was refraining us. I believe this EAP would be the best solution. 

    Only one question, we should just enroll for this once we have migrated to OCR too, right? Or do both things at the same time. Or is it possible to leave our interest in the form so you can enable the option for our account but it only starts impacting the workflows once we activate OCR?

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the late response. With this EAP, Omnichannel Routing mechanism will route your live chat as well as messaging tickets.   We have closed the Early Access Program and are in process of making it generally available.

    It looks like majority of your incoming tickets are Messaging. Sounds like a good fit. Starting next week, if you setup and enable Omnichannel Routing , it will route both your live chat and messaging tickets. We will publish an announcement post and Help Centre article about this in a couple of days. It will be similar to the guidance provided in this community.
