How do I sign up for this EAP?

We are thrilled that you are interested to sign up for the EAP. You can show your interest by filling out this EAP form

You need to be opted into messaging to be part of this Early Access Program.

I will drop an email after you fill out the form , re-confirming the preferred date/time for onboarding. 

Activating your account for the EAP will immediately affect your team's workflow. General recommendation before onboarding your account to the EAP -

  • Out-of-business hours or low traffic hours might be a good time to activate it.
  • Let your agents know about this change.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for signing up for the EAP. We are onboarding in phases. Having said, we should have sent out an acknowledgement email. Apologies. 

I have sent across an email with pre-activation and activation steps. Look forward to collaborating with you.
