How do I sign up for the New Support App agent experience EAP?

This EAP is still in development, but is taking sign ups already. We expect the functionality to be turned on for EAP Android users in Q1 2022 and in Q3 2022 for iOS users. We will send out an email when this happens.

    @will14 how can we sign up for the new mobile app? I see the form is not open anymore.

    Hi Chris, 

    This mobile app has gone out to GA now on Android.

    We are doing a staged roll out so all users should have it by next Friday the 9th September.

    Is there an ETA on Messaging coming to iOS given Q2 has come and gone?

    I have the app in the latest version (Android), but the option that enable the new experience doesn't apper.

    Is there update that I'll need do?

    Hi Leonardo, can you confirm what version of the app you are using? The version number is located in the Settings menu at the bottom, it should be 2.x.x.

     

    The app version with the new experience is 2.25.0, we are doing a gradual rollout so you will hopefully have this latest version by the end of this week if not sooner.

    Hi Chris, 

    The iOS version is scheduled to be released at the end of September. Please keep an eye for an update in the Apple Appstore for a new update.
