How do I sign up for the Modify Closed Tickets Beta?

Hi @dane12, is there any update on the timeframes for the Modify Closed Tickets Beta? It's coming to the end of March, is this something that's likely to be turned on for those that have signed up this week?

Hello Libby,  thank you for reaching out/keeping me honest!  Sadly, we ran into an unforeseen circumstance that caused a delay of one month.  We are now targeting the end of April to launch this beta.

Hi @dane12 , just checking whether there's been any update on this as it's the 30th April. I assume there's been another delay, can you please let us know what the new target launch date is?

Hello!  I want to first apologize for the radio silence since the last two posts here asking about our beta start date.  Given the constantly moving date for this project thus far, I wanted to ensure that when I did communicate a date with the community that I did so with a high degree of confidence.

I'm happy to say that we are in the final stages of our testing and release preparation.  Given our current status, I can now share that we are targeting a Beta start date of June 12th.  As we approach that date I will be reaching out to everyone who has signed up for the beta to verify their participation and ensure they are informed when this functionality is enabled.

I'd also like to thank you all for your patience thus far.  I know this seems like a small/or simple project but given the long standing paradigm that Closed Tickets are immutable there have been many internal hoops to jump through in order to reach this point.  I appreciate everyone's excitement and willingness to work with us on this beta and our forthcoming feature.

Has anyone yet received any communications on the EAP as I signed up and have not received any contact as we are highly anticipating this feature.

Hi Jason, yes Dane reached to me yesterday about enabling the beta on my subdomain. It's starting tommorow so maybe he'll reach out to you today?  Did you check your spam?

Nothing yet. Will wait to see if anything arrives as perhaps there is a large list of customers hoping to test this and I am further down the list.

Hey Jason!  I didn't actually see a response from you on the form above.  Could I ask you to fill it out today so I can email you and we can get your subdomain added when we launch tomorrow?
