How do I sign up for the Article multiplacement EAP?

We are happy to announce that Article multiplacement is now available through our Early Access Program (EAP). This long-awaited capability is designed to make knowledge teams' work more efficient and simplify the management of articles placed across multiple sections and brands. 

 

To sign up for the EAP, please fill out this form. Once you received the email confirmation that you've been enrolled in the EAP, you'll have the ability to use article multiplacement without any additional action from your side

      We recently submitted our application for Zendesk’s Early Access Program, and we’re eager to find out when we might hear back. We’re planning a major update to our Help Center, and these new features are key to making the customer experience much smoother. As an Enterprise customer, we submitted our application about a week ago and would really appreciate any information on the expected timeline for enrollment. Thank you in advance!
