If you think the large report exports EAP can help your team, we'd love to have you try it out and give us feedback.

Please note that while we can't guarantee that everyone can participate at this stage, we will strive to get as many signed up as possible.

Who can take part in this beta?

The large report exports EAP is available to all customers with an active Explore Professional or Legacy subscription.

    Hey @erin21, I have signed up for Large EAP Queries on June 2, 2022 but still haven't got this.

    It is vital for my role to have the large file extraction in Zendesk. Raised a ticket 10449412 but apparently can't provide me ETA.

    Hey Jahn,

    I reached out to the PM in charge of this EAP and they said they just accepted another batch of users to to the program.
     
    If you signed up on June 2 then you should now have access :)
