How do I report on Agents restricted to a specific group?

Currently the default Zendesk Support report is showing me all of the tickets and related reports for all of my Support Agents. But in my case I have two external vendors handling my front line (Tier 1) support. I have an internal team as well handling escalation support.

How can I restrict the Zendesk Support report to show data restricted to just one such group (for example, just all the tickets and updates created by Vendor_A). I have them set up to belong to different Groups, but the only filter I see is for "Ticket Groups" which does not appear to be the same thing. Maybe Groups is the wrong way to set this up? Any thoughts on how people handle this?
