How do I add the information from an organization custom field to my end-user view?

I need to add a report that we have internally for each organization to the end-user view. 
What we need is: client works for company x - he gets to see the company's report, which is a text type organization custom field.

As it seems, there's no 'organization' object, so I assume it would require some coding. How can I do it?
