Hi Team,
A few months ago, I have created my answer-bot dashboard to get the stats about who is clicking and viewing our suggested articles and getting answers through. But I'm still unable to get the logs in detail...This is my dashboard, I can get the numbers but can't get the detail about who clicked ( like user name, etc).
Can you please help me to get these details?
