Hi,

We have a mobile app and integrating support sdk.

How can we send customer satisfaction surveys to tickets via Support SDK?

Hi @Gennady K! At the moment, we do not have this built into our SDKs, however this is something that you can use a Support automation to accomplish. That is assuming that you want this to differ from your normal tickets, so you would just setup the parameters of your automation (or trigger if you prefer!) to be specific to your use-case.

Hi Greg! 

How can I do it via automation? Automation/triggers only support sending email, don't they? I do not see an option to send an update via sdk with automation/trigger. 

We use Support SDK not Chat SDK.

My apologies, you're absolutely correct. I was thinking that you just wanted to send this in general and missed the important detail (that you did mention!) that you wanted this to be within the SDK itself.

This is a feature request that the product team is exploring and while I don't have a timeline, I can let you know that this is a common request, so hopefully it will add some more oomph to that.
