How can I redirect messages sent to Answer bot to Issues (tickets)?

I have integrated the Zendesk Answer bot recently on my webapp. So the Bot works as expected, but when the user selected the option to get in touch, it gives an option to drop a message. This message from a user is sent to the Zendesk Chat Section. I want to redirect this message from the user from Chat to Ticket (in Zendesk support). We want the message to be delivered as a ticket. Is there any way to achieve this?

Hey Raghav,

Have you set up Answer Bot for web forms using these instructions? Using Answer Bot with your web forms

This should allow you to choose which web-form you'd like displayed and that would create a Support ticket in your account.
