How can I provide feedback for the EAP to view AI agent conversations as tickets?

Hi Rendra, 

 

Can you confirm if you have signed up to the EAP? If you have and have turned on the capability, you should be able to see these interactions by configuring your views.

I find it a bit frustrating — if Zendesk was able to add AI Agent as a filter in the agent workspace, why wasn’t the same option made available for reporting? And on top of that, what’s the actual benefit of removing our ability to solve or edit tickets?
