How can i pass FB messenger Ad id of each conversation generated by a Fb messenger ads to a Zendesk tag ?

Hi, 
We are running FB messenger Ads that generated conversations on FB messenger. Every conversation creates a ticket on zendesk but I want to add in each ticket the Ads id that messenger provides. The goal is to measure the performance of each ads in terms of Win rate..
