Hi,
How can I get in touch with someone from Zendesk Support? I have an urgent issue, and tried opening some tickets, but got no answer this week. The automatic reply says to go to my Zendesk and select Help to chat with someone for quick answers, but if I do that, I'll get redirected to Get Help, from where I'm also redirected to open a new ticket.
