How can I download a ticket with the attachments so that it can be seen by a non Zendesk user?

Hi Andrew - 

The system does not have any native functionality to download a ticket and attachments. 

My suggestion is to print the ticket (you could save it as a PDF in the print process so that you can still email it to someone) and then here are instructions on how to download ticket attachments via the API

Is this something that you have to do often, or is this a one-off case?

If you receive ticket updates via email and have public attachments turned on.. you can just forward the email to them - deleting portions you don't want them to see.

They will then be able to open the attachments directly.

Andrew, sadly I need to download the email and attachments in one go so other people who don't have ZenDesk can use it.

Are you meaning you need paper copies?  If you forward the item (if they have a computer), it's all there without Zendesk.  You don't need Zendesk to view it all right?  Just have to click the attachment to open it.

Two ways. Forward the email from your inbox or, if it's a regular thing, you should be able to set up an email target.

It only shows public comments and attachments, not private notes.
