How can I change the default ticket form on the New request page?

Hi everyone,

On the New Request page in the Help Center request_form refers to a ticket ID.

How can I change this? 

So basically I want a different ticket form to be displayed on the New request page, how can I achieve this?

Hey Mark.  I not quite sure what your asking here, but in general to have multiple ticket forms, you'll need the professional add-on or upgrade to enterprise.  Here is the link to that: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203661616-Creating-ticket-forms-to-support-multiple-request-types-Professional-Add-on-and-Enterprise-   Maybe you mean something else?

Hi David,

Thanks for your help.

I just want to change the default ticket form displayed on the New request page.

Lets just say now it is ticket_form_id=1 and I want to change it to ticket_form_id=2.

I do not want to delete #1.

In the UI I believe you an select a particular ticket form to be the "default" option. Have you tried setting that yet?

Hey Mark. I think I know what your asking. I think you can achieve it using the JavaScript from this article below, but just remove the condition checking for organization or set the if statement to always be true and call the form you want. When I'm back at my computer I could edit something for you if you need help.
