Please indicate me how to proceed in order to update our billing address. We updated our payment profile, it does not seem to have any impact on our invoices. Regards,

It came to our attention that you need assistance with regard to updating your account's billing address. However, I noticed that the account details are not indicated in this ticket. May I have the Zendesk account subdomain.zendesk.com and/or account number? This is for us to pull up the correct account and review this request.
 
Also, please provide the complete address you would like to update on the account.
