We have SSO enabled for our users on Zendesk, It's actually a dual SSO. We're using SAML for our agents and JWT for our customers. However, when a new Customer usually signs up, they receive a verification mail. When they open the verification link, they're redirected to login on my SSO provider's page instead of continuing with verification and setting a password.
How can I make sure my user gets verified and gets access zendesk?
How can a user verify his new account when we have enabled SSO ?
