How are you using tickets to market company products?

I want to begin marketing to customers when we send a ticket response.  This would include a small image advertising our sales event.  I don't know where, to begin with, i.e. what the image size should be.  So, I thought I would contact the community to find out whether someone has done this already?

    Hi Renate,

    You can use Agent's signature for that. To formatting the text you can use Markdown.
