We've recently setup host mapping for our zendesk support account and have been having some issues with password auto-filling. It looks like this is an issue because the URL now matches our host-mapped URL, but the login iframe matches our ZD support url. To clarify:
- We go to <subdomain>.zendesk.com/agent
- We're redirected to <hostmappedurl>/access/unauthenticated?return_to=<subdomain>.zendesk.com/agent
- On that page, the URL is <hostmappedurl>/access/unauthenticated?return_to=<subdomain>.zendesk.com/agent, but the iframed login is https://<subdomain>.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/signin
This is where the issue lies. Is there a way that we're able to login where both of those are the same domain?
