Host mapping error

Hi all, 

I'm trying to add in our company's sub domain support.xxxxxx.xxx into host mapping but ZD keep throwing an error. 

Failed to update account

  • Host mapping: Is not a valid CNAME record. Verify your DNS settings.

I can confirm our DNS settings are correct as I do get redirected the ZD error page when using it. 

The only thing I can think of is the DNS settings have not propagated, but it's been a few hours now. Am I missing something here?

Consider this one solved. It was in fact the DNS propagation.
